The Role:
The HR Administrator is in charge of all HR & administrative work and is responsible for the overall operations of the office. He is responsible for welfare of the employees. He welcomes visitors and makes sure everyone knows where things are. He may also answer phones and emails for the company.
The HR Administrator provides support to employees in the office and works with the CHRO to ensure the office operations work efficiently. He is responsible for ensuring every employee has what they need to do their job.
