HR Administrator - UP$3000/ 1 Year (PX) - Get Hired Fast

Work Location: botanic gardens nearest MRT
Duration: 1 year (extendable)
Working hours:  Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.30pm
Salary: Up $3000

Job Scope:

•  Manage room bookings for training
• Oversee day-to-day training facility operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of all activities in the campus
• Manage catering requirements for associated roombookings
• Manage overall campus resources (e.g. flip charts, stationery, refreshments, etc) to ensure adequate supply and provision in the rooms
•  Respond to enquiries related to training programs and campus usage
• Support the team in managing overall mailbox queries to ensure adherence to the team SLA
• Handle adhoc external course matters 
•  Manage the course creation in the LMS.
• Complete the course registration for funded programmes
• Undertake adhoc projects or any other training operations related work that might be needed
  
  Requirements:
• Min Diploma 
• Possess some administrative experience in Education or HR L&D field preferred
