HR and Accounts Executive (Automotive/Vehicle Industry) - Energetic Workplace

Responsibilities: 

• Manage full sets of accounts. 
• Conduct reconciliations such as bank, inter-company, and accounts receivable. And ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
• Regularly update loans, handle daily payment transactions, maintain administrative records, and prepare online payments.
• Oversee the recruitment process from posting jobs to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Responsible for payroll management, including processing salaries, overtime, and claims, and managing leave.
• Manage work pass-related matters, including applications and renewals, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, IR21, IR8A, etc.).
• Respond to employee queries regarding payroll and leave, ensuring accurate record-keeping in HR systems.
• Perform additional duties that may assign. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent. 
• With 2-3 years of related experience. 
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
