Job Description:

HR (50%):

• Competent in full spectrum of HR duties and responsibilities.
• Oversee all aspects of HR, including employee recruitment, work pass application, payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, fostering an inclusive and high-performance work environment.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and maturity in communicating with all levels of staff.
• Implement and oversee performance evaluation systems, providing guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and career development initiatives.
• Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Review and maintain employee handbook and HR policies in line with employment legislations and statutory requirements in Singapore.

Admin (50%):

• Manage office and administrative matters.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field of study.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
• Well versed in the Employment Act, government statutory requirements, HR practices and procedures
• Experience with Union is a plus
