Your new company We are partnering with a growing organisation to hire an HR & Finance Executive to support both people operations and finance functions across the region.
Your new role This is a hands-on role offering exposure to payroll, HR operations, and finance coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage payroll for Singapore and the Philippines, and coordinate outsourced payroll vendors across the region
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including CPF submissions, tax filings, and payroll documentation
• Support HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation, and benefits administration
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while liaising with external accounting partners
• Support audit preparation, financial reconciliations, and budgeting activities
• Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and general operational support
What you'll need to succeed • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or a hybrid HR/finance role
• Familiarity with Singapore payroll regulations and statutory compliance (e.g., CPF, tax filings)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment
