• Manage full recruitment process from recruiting, interview arrangements, on-boarding, off-boarding, and orientations
• Handle work passes related matters (Application, renewal, and cancellation) and medical check-up
• Advice and resolve employees’ queries in a timely manner
• Handle insurance/claims matters, employees’ attendances & leave records
• Support company's ESG/CSR programs & Assist in employee welfare programs planning and execution
• Maintain HRIS records & handle HR administrative duties (i.e. Book tickets, hotel reservation, employment letters, visa applications)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent
• 2- 3 years of relevant experiences in MNC company will have added advantages
• Familiar with Employment Act, local laws and regulations
