Job Description:

• To be responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function in areas of employee relations, payroll, report preparation and dealing with Government bodies
• To manage application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign work passes and respond to MOM surveys
• To build rapport, engage and sustain good relationship with stakeholders
• To coordinate recruitment activities; refreshing routine job postings, pre-screening applicants, arranging interviews
• To analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent
• To administer annual performance appraisal

Requirements:

• Candidate with experience as HR generalist is preferred.
