HR Assistant - SY - Urgent Position

• Well Established Logistics Company
• Working Location: Clementi
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary Range: Basic Up to $2800 + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist HR team for the HR functions, leave & training administration, administration of employee benefits and other HR operations
• Handle in workers’ related matters ie work permit, prepare contracts, home leave arrangement, dormitory administration etc
• Update of workers database and e-filing
• Liaise with Finance department for all payments related to workers
• Liaise with dormitory operators on workers' check in/out

Requirements:

• O Level and above or relevant working experiences
