HR Associate - Positive Work Culture

Our client is a Singaporean multinational technology and engineering group with a diverse portfolio of businesses in the aerospace, smart city, digital solutions, defense and public security segments. 

With their current expansion, they are looking for HR Associates to assist with their daily operation.

• Handle employee data management such as posting of job advertisements to portals 
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters 
• Create, verify and maintain staff records in HR system 
• Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations 
• Responsible for meeting KPIs 
• Address to customer issues promptly 
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws 
• Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services

If you are someone with the following, let’s chat!

• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience 
• Diploma Holder in any discipline or Equivalent may apply
• Good written and communication skills 
• Quick learner and Tech Savy 
• Able to work individually and in teams
• Meticulous in record keeping 
• Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage 

Additional Details

• 2 years contract
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
