Summary
The HR Associate, Shared Services, is responsible for providing administration support for full range of HR functions which includes HRIS, HR Reporting Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Processes, Policies etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Performs the administration of all HR functions which include Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management, Processes, Policies etc.
▪ Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of employees' database in SAP, offering timely and accurate HR guidance to respective Business Units as needed.
▪ Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
▪ Generate reports from database whenever necessary.
▪ Maintain all personnel documents and ensure their confidentiality.
▪ Attend to walk-ins and administer the incoming and outgoing mails for HR.
▪ Conduct on boarding programs and administer pass application required.
▪ Undertake ad hoc projects as and when required.
▪ Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure.
Requirements
▪ Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
▪ Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR Operations preferred
▪ Analytical, meticulous, detail-oriented with strong numerical competency
▪ Proactive mindset and ability to solve problems
▪ Experience in using SAP will be an added advantage
