The Job Role
Consult with clients to diagnose needs, scope projects, propose solutions, and co-create HR and talent management interventions across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, learning and development, and organisational effectiveness.
Review, redesign, and operationalise job roles, competency frameworks, and people practices to support business transformation and workforce capability building.
Advise clients on HR domain matters, including workforce planning, job redesign, and alignment with relevant government initiatives and grant support.
Provide team support in building domain expertise, developing consultancy solutions, and delivering high-quality HR and talent management projects.
Job Specification
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR consulting, talent management, or organisational development.
Strong knowledge of Singapore’s HR landscape, including national initiatives (e.g. Skills Frameworks, SSG/WSG programmes).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Able to manage multiple projects with a hands-on and client-focused approach.
Certification in ACTA/ACLP, IHRP, or other relevant credentials is a plus.
