HR Business Partner - Beauty (Domestic Markets)

Our client, a world’s leading luxury Group, is currently hiring a Regional HR Manager to join their Singapore office.

Reporting to: Senior HR Manager, South East Asia

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build a new One culture, and increase productivity and retention.
  


• Act as a strategic partner, coach, change agent and employee advocate to provide leadership on all Human Resource initiatives to the assigned brands. Through an understanding of the business and engagement with the business leaders, translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.
  


• Coordinate and execute some activities related People cycle (People review, Performance assessment, salary review, Employee engagement surveys, recruitment and salary requests etc)
  


• Equip managers with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their development plans e.g. performance management, career management.
  


• Collaborate with COEs to ensure consistent and integrated HR support to the business
  


• Support senior leaders in recruitment strategies
  


• Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives
  


• Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement
  


• Manage specific projects for SEA and APAC
  

• Min 8 years of progressively broader HR experience
  


• Experience in learning and development and / or employee engagement is preferred
  


• All 'fast-moving industries' are welcome 
  


• Experience in complex and matrix MNC is preferred

• Track record of building competency and developing skills of others
