HR Business Partner - Exciting Challenge

We are expanding the team and seeking a motivated HR Business Partner in IFS Capital Singapore. 

Responsibilities:

• Full recruitment management process from manpower budgeting, requisition approvals, sourcing, interviews, salary offers, to onboarding.
• Manage staff movements such as transfers and exits in a timely manner.
• Talent management through strategic human resource planning and succession planning to support business needs.
• Performance management through appraisals and 360 surveys.
• HR reporting such as government surveys, turnover, headcounts and staff movement statistics.
• HR analytics to drive business decisions.
• Drive employee engagement and manage employee relations.
• Any other ad hoc HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Recognized diploma or degree.
• Minimum 3 years of HR business partnering experience.
• Strong in communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Passionate about employee engagement.
• Meticulous with tasks.
• Possesses strong ethics.
