I am looking for an HR Business Partner (Permanent Role)
Salary Range: $5,000 - $8,000 per month commensurate with experience
My client is a Global High-Technology organization providing high-speed communication network solutions and services to several industries. They offer a variety of standard telecommunication products and is also able to customize products based on individual and enterprise needs.
Driven by the industry by supplying efficient, high quality, continuous innovation, and ease of access to all our customers.
Currently having offices in Singapore, United States, Australia, China, Japan, Germany and United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organisations business objectives.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Address complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent solutions.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive healthcare labour market.
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and development needs.
• Support managers in providing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Handling staff compensation & benefits. Administration of payroll and tax related matters.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in Talent Recruitment or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) related work experience. (Candidates with experience in e-commerce, internet, fast-moving consumer goods, fashion, consulting industry or high-growth multinational companies are preferred)
• Records of past talent introduction and talent management execution plans.
• Able to understand and manage the cultural diversity of employees and stakeholders.
• Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations.
• Strong consulting, guidance, and communication skills.
• Data driven, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility.
• High degree of independence and teamwork spirit.
