HR Business Partner - Start Immediately

You will be part of a team of HR in steering HR direction and support to business excellence. You shall support the full spectrum of HR functions in recruitment and selection, payroll, training and development, compensation and benefits, welfare, performance appraisals, induction, exit clearance, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

• First point of email contact to all employees for all HR matters including onboarding, movements, and exits.
• Creation and maintenance of all hires’ information records in the HRIS system ensuring information is updated.
• Scanning, photocopying, and filing of documents in the HRIS system and P-files.
• Responsible for payroll administration covering the full spectrum of payroll for staff and timely salary pay-out.
• Respond to and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.
• Liaise closely with managers, and executives on overtime and allowance payment.
• Support the management of workplace issues and grievances.
• Keep track and maintain up-to-date leave records for all employees.
• Takes effort to remain informed at all times of new MOM, Statutory Acts & legislations that may affect employees’ benefits and compensation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements & Government regulations on matters on payroll and terms and conditions of service.
• Liaise with the statutory board when required to manage all statutory submissions, payments, and processing of government claims.
• Generate manpower costs and reports for management review.
• Provide payroll-related information for internal and external audits.
• Assist with statutory reporting and surveys. (e.g. LMS, OED, etc.)
• Support in appraisal and simulations.
• Review, recommend, implement, and track recruitment, staff engagement, communications, and recognition programs to support and resolve existing challenges.
• Involved in the implementation of new HR initiatives, projects, and policies that aligned with business strategy and in compliance with government regulations.
• Provide support in the preparation of weekly/monthly manpower reports. 
• Undertake projects and ad-hoc assignments related to HR management from time to time.

The incumbent should demonstrate the following:

• Good knowledge in all relevant statutory act (MOM, CPF, IRAS)
• Team player with “can-do” spirits
• Meticulous, organized, a team player with positive working attitude and high initiative
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels
• Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Candidates with prior working experience in F&B or Retail industry are highly preferred
• Candidates able to start work immediately or short notice is preferred.

Prior experience with WhyzeHR is an added advantage.
