HR Business Partnering Senior/Manager Real Estate Tanjong Pagar Permanent - Urgent Role

RecruitFirst is hiring! We are looking for passionate and energetic talents to as a HRBP Senior/Manager with my client who is a real estate investment and management firm headquartered in Singapore.

Job Description

• Partner with the leadership team to align HR strategy to business objectives

• Work closely with Heads of Department in the resource planning and talent acquisition for the departments in the Unit

• Partner with Group Talent Management team and the leadership team in developing and building a talent pipeline for the departments

• Partner with Group Rewards team and the leadership team in driving the annual performance review

• Work closely with HR Shared Services on the on-boarding, off-boarding and internal mobility of employees

• Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner; identify and resolve HR issues within the Unit if required

•Develop and implement strategies to facilitate positive labour relations 

• Develop and execute HR-related projects, when required, including HR initiatives to support business outcomes within the business unit, support the development and implementation of HR Systems and other ad hoc projects that may arise

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
