Job Scope:
⢠Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
⢠Issue invoice and perform data entry using MYOB software.
⢠Check & update worker attendance using Infotech software.
⢠Process worker salary.
⢠Check IN & Out workers dormitory & transport.
⢠Arrange worker Medical Checkup.
⢠Register course for workers.
⢠Update workers work pass expiry date
⢠Staff pantry item upkeep and purchase when stock low
⢠Assist in the planning and coordination of events, conferences, and team activities.
⢠Any ad hoc task assigned.
Requirements:
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
⢠Familiar with Infotech HRM software & MYOB Software
⢠A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
Working hours:
5.5 days work with alternate Saturday off. Max work 3 Saturday per month.
Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:45pm
Alt. Sat, 8:30am to 12:30pm
