Job Description - HR Executive

Looking for a meticulous and customer-focused HR Administrative Executive to support Human Resource operations for government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process HR transactions accurately and in accordance with established SOPs.
  • Update HR records in the Workday system and prepare HR letters, emails, and related documents.
  • Liaise with client government agencies on HR-related matters and respond to enquiries professionally.
  • Assist in testing new Workday functions and automation tools.
  • Support HR operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Duration/Working hours:

9 months contract (Immediate)

Mon to Fri: 42 hours per week
