Responsibilities
1. Provide operations and administrative support to the HR department.
2. Responsible for all working pass related issues for staff and worker.
3. Be the first point of contact for employee’s inquiries on HR-related matters and assist their inquiries.
4. Handle employees onboarding and off boarding process.
5. Ensure all employees records are properly maintained and update in system.
6. Handling of internship and training and development program requests.
7. Assist in organize internal and external training for all staff and workers.
8. Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Diploma in Human Resources or relevant qualifications.
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in an HR generalist role.
3. Good knowledge of employment law, HR policies and best practices.
4. Strong interpersonal communication (both written and verbal).
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Good organizational skills and meticulous.
7. Ability to work independently and meet tight datelines.
