Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production (Metal Fabrication)
• Position Title: HR Generalist/HR Executive
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30 am-6.15 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + OT + Handphone Allowance + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure daily attendance and overtime records are updated and accurate. 
• Submit monthly attendance to Finance by month end.
• Proficient in applying for WP, SP, EP, MOM surveys, and managing company EPOL & MOM portals.
• Prepare all necessary HR-related memos and letters.
• Schedule internal and external training sessions, including CSOC, MSOC, and Coretrade certifications.
• Perform HR software Management maintenance.
• Conduct orientation programs for new employees
• Issue laptop and safety equipment to Employee and return upon resignation of staff.
• Address and resolve employee conflicts; maintain HR policies.
• Provide HR support to overseas subsidiaries as required.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in Infotech HR software.
• Experience in SME Construction Company in handling Foreign Workers.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and best practices.
