HR Executive (Basic up to 3.5k / 5 days)

Work Location: Admiralty 

Work Week: Mon - Fri | 9.30am - 6.30pm 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in line with organization's goals
• Manage onboarding and offboarding process 
• Handle employee relation issues fairly and consistently 
• Assist recruitment and selection process 
• Handle payroll and work pass application 
• Conduct training programs for the employees to enhance their skills 
• Assist in the performance management process by guiding the manager on performance reviews and development plans
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned 
• Other ad hoc duties when required

Requirements: 

• Min.1 year of HR working experience 
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
