HR Executive (Central/ Up to $4.5k/ Engineering) - Competitive Pay

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries from line managers, providing precise and timely information and guidance.
• Oversee the recruitment process for supervisory roles and above across all brands and shared service functions.
• Manage the onboarding of new hires and the offboarding process for departing employees.
• Handle the application and renewal of work passes for foreign employees.
• Coordinate the annual and quarterly performance appraisal processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and P-files.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory surveys.
• Undertake any additional tasks delegated by superiors.
   

Requirements:

• Having a degree qualification with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, possessing proficient knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude.
• Display a willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in handling executive level recruitment is an added advantage.
