Job Description
• Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes including but not limited to liaising with recruitment agencies, hiring managers and candidates, ensure recruitment documents are in order, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangement, etc.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews.
• Manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR-related documents.
• Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers.
• Monitoring personal files and ensuring all personal records are updated timely and accurately.
• Administer Leave, deductions and claims and timesheets for workers.
• Apply and coordinate training programs.
• Monthly payroll processing.
Requirements for Position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
Qualifications and Experience
-Education: Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline.
-Experience: 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
