HR Executive cum Admin - Rapid Progression

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
• In charge of all work pass matters including applications, renewal, levy waiver and more.
• Lead the recruitment and selection process.
• Manage monthly payroll and payroll reports.
• Ensure timely submission of CPF and taxes to relevant government entities.
• Manage employee welfare activities and benefits.
• Maintain and update the company's HR handbook, policies and procedures.
• Manage probation and annual performance review.
• Collaborate with government agencies for grants and other HR-related projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience as an HR Executive, or a similar role in the Human Resources department in Singapore.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
• Familiar with Singapore’s Labour and Employment Law.
• Preferably able to start immediately or within a short notice.
