- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
- In charge of all work pass matters including applications, renewal, levy waiver and more.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process.
- Manage monthly payroll and payroll reports.
- Ensure timely submission of CPF and taxes to relevant government entities.
- Manage employee welfare activities and benefits.
- Maintain and update the company's HR handbook, policies and procedures.
- Manage probation and annual performance review.
- Collaborate with government agencies for grants and other HR-related projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience as an HR Executive, or a similar role in the Human Resources department in Singapore.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
- Familiar with Singapore’s Labour and Employment Law.
- Preferably able to start immediately or within a short notice.
