Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

• Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote a positive work culture and foster employee engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees on all HR matters

• Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.

• HR Administration and Payroll
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
  • Support and process monthly payroll for all staff
  • Oversees all HR activities
  • Responsible for payroll management

• Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with  Singapore labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update HR policies and procedures accordingly.

• Project Management
  • Responsible for projects/program roll-out 
  • Managing all project participants and ensuring smooth implementations of projects
  • Facilitate project planning and execution 

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR best practices and Singapore employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
