HR Executive (Healthcare)

As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and administrative support:

• To do recruitment and general employee life cycle processing. 
• Assisting with payroll coordination by verifying data such as attendance, leave, and claims, and addressing payroll-related queries or discrepancies.
• Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, contracts, and benefits, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Supporting recruitment processes by coordinating job advertisements, screening applications, and arranging interviews, as well as facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires by managing necessary documentation and ensuring a positive transition
• Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and assisting with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Managing work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, as well as preparing employment-related documentation such as confirmation letters, resignation acceptances, and certificates of employment.
• Performing general administrative duties as assigned by the HR leadership.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 2 years' experience in HR Operations in healthcare is preferred.
• Preferred work injury / insurance processing experience.
