You are a self-motivated team player with the ability to collaborate and ready to offer support and ad-hoc requests for help from colleagues. Working Location: Tampines Care Home

 

About the Job

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR for a specific Care Home/facility. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from internal/external stakeholders.

 

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the recruitment/hiring process, including coordinating interviews, performing background checks, issuing employment contracts, applying for employment passes, etc.
  • Manage end-to-end on-boarding and off-boarding matters, including but not limited to staff pass, logistics, accounts, IT-related email and access, documents, uniform
  • Provide prompt updates and proper maintenance of employee databases, organisation charts, personnel files, medical check-ups, and work pass renewals.
  • Provide HR advisory to employees/managers in compliance with employment laws
  • Support managers on HR processes, including staff issues about confirmation, performance management, grievance, or exit management.
  • Keep abreast of all legal and statutory requirements and ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws
  • Any other HR-related duties as assigned by the Line Manager

 

What you know

  • Diploma/Degree with 4-5 years of working experience
  • Those with lesser working experience will also be considered for junior role.
