- JOB PURPOSE
The job holder is responsible for staff training and development for THKNH.
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)
- Perform training needs analysis, and prepare a training plan
- Administrating and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Administer training matrix and ensure all new/existing received relevant training for their respective roles
- Handle all training logistics and administration of all pre-&-post training-related activities such as course registration to government grants applications etc.
- Manage the internship program and the On-the-Job training process.
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training
- Maintain up-to-date training records and provide statistical reporting on aspects of training and development
- Handle related surveys and assist with employee engagement activities.
- Track L&D budgets and process payments related to training
- Submit training-related claims and monitor training subsidy payments
- Conduct new staff orientation and induction as and when required
- Handle yearly performance appraisal exercise
- Handle employee grievances and ER cases
- Secondary Responsibilities and duties (20%)
- Assist/undertake specific projects and assignments as directed by the Head of HR/HR Manager
