Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of HR functions including Payroll
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide support for performance improvement plans.
- Training and Development:
- Administer employee benefits programs and address benefits-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
Requirements:
- Proficient in SAP Success Factor
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
