Job Description

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, not limited to recruitment, orientation, leave & training administration, administration of employee benefits and other HR operations.
• Responsible for updating of HR database, prepare monthly report and authorities survey form for submission.
• Provide support in all administrative functions.
• Assist in organising company activities and participate in company CSR events.
• Assist in HR initiatives, programs and projects.
• Support in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Assist to cover receptionist duties as and when required.
• Any ad-hoc task as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or a related field
