Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as HR Executive

Responsibilities

Provide support to HR Department in HQ Office
Process work pass application, renewals, and cancellation.
Monitor employee employment contract expiry, work permit expiry and confirmation due date.
Assist in preparation of correspondences, letter and documents.
Manage and administer employee benefits program and insurance matters (medical, dental, optical, work injury claims).
Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or HOD
