HR Executive - Urgent Hire

Summary

• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
• Basic $3,200 - $4,400 (depends on experience)
• Location - East, Kallang

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Recruitment:

• Draft recruitment job advertisements across various platforms.
• Lead the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Assist in the selection process.
• Conduct interviews when required.

HR Admin:

• Prepare employment contracts, job offer letters, and other relevant documents.
• Maintain employee records (P-files) in Dropbox.
• Manage personal data in the HR system.
• Provide monthly labor costing and efficiency reports.
• Handle workman compensation and FW insurance claims.
• Prepare letters for awards, promotions, etc.
• Manage birthday vouchers and maintain records.
• Facilitate monthly appraisal processes.
• Organize company events.

Work Pass / MOM:

• Submit and process various work passes and permits.
• Ensure compliance with quota regulations.
• Complete and submit MOM survey reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience as an HR Executive, including payroll and recruitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with local HR practices and employment laws.
