- Perform HR activities such as personnel administration, compliance with statutory regulations, salary calculations, employee movement, employee benefits and compensation.
- Assist in hiring process from sourcing to placement, drafting of the job advertisement and facilitate interviews and follow up to identify suitable candidates
- Maintain and update employees’ database on a timely and accurate basis
- Review and check on the accuracy payroll calculations processed accurately and timely
- Prepare and generate required HR reports, cost allocations, audits and due diligence.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems according to policy and legal requirements
- Assist and support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Any other duties might be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least diploma / Degree with 5 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS
- Independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast leaner
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
