The ideal candidate will support our Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. The HR Executive role will handle the employee lifecycle to create a superb employee experience and familiarise with Singapore employment law and regulations.
The HR Executive will be reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, assisting with the full spectrum of day-to-day operational functions for the designated business units (BUs).
The Role
The incumbent will be assisting the Head of Department to perform full spectrum of HR functions including of payroll to support the business growth.
Handle operational HR matters and provide administrative support to departments/ stakeholders.
Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner; identify and resolve HR issues within the business unit if required.
Provide support in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of any supporting programs.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
What We Require From You
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels in the Company.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgment.
Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize work.
