Job descriptions:
- Handle monthly workers payroll
- Handle recruitment and employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Responsible for foreign workers' work passes which includes new application, renewal and cancellation process.
- Responsible for arrangement of PCP, Insurance, Employment Income Tax (security bonds, work injury, medical and IR21, IR8A) and all issues related to workers.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and other relevant statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee personal files – both hardcopies and softcopies.
- Any other ad-hoc duties if required.
Requirements:
- Singaporean/PR is preferred.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Construction industry preferably.
- Good knowledge in employment laws and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well organised, detail-oriented and with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Times Software would be an added advantage.
Other Information
- 5 days week, 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Working location: Tuas South
- Transport provided at Jurong East MRT station.
