HR Manager

XREX is seeking a People Experience Manager based in Singapore to support the
International Team. This is a varied role that will allow you to gain valuable insights on a
variety of topics from onboarding to offboarding and all the activities during the employment

In This Role, You Will

  Liaise with the payroll team to ensure all payments and amendments run smoothly
  and on time.

  Actively participate in process improvement discussions and take responsibility for
  implementing changes, with the employee experience at the forefront of mind.
  

  
  


• 
  

  In charge of the end-to-end recruitment and termination process.
  

  
  


• 
  

  Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify operational execution.
  

  
  

  Required Qualifications:
  

  
  

• 
  

  5+ years of related experience as a Human Resources Generalist with strong
  experience handling mobility & immigration cases
  

  
  


• 
  

  An entrepreneurial spirit - we have a lot to build!
  

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in supporting global/distributed organizations is strongly preferred
  

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience in interpreting and guiding employment matters in alignment with
  

  
  

  local employment laws and regulations across multiple locations across APAC
  

  
  

  (Australia, Singapore, South Korea, China, and Japan preferred)
  

  
  


• 
  

  Good Analytical skills, Data-and metrics-driven, can take out meaningful insights
