HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to join our growing team at Omni HR.in. As the HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives

- Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates

- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance and support to managers in developing and managing their teams

- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing any concerns, grievances, or conflicts in a timely and professional manner

- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices

- Develop and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance

- Manage and maintain employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

- Collaborate with all departments to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field

- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies

- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
