Oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions.
Manage the recruitment process for all levels of the organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Ensure compliance with Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) policies and procedures, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) labor laws, and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) tax regulations.
Address employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Manage office services and IT coordination.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years in an HR generalist/ manage role.
Experience working in the building developer/ construction industry.
