• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm
• Location: Gul Circle (10mins walk from MRT)

Job Summary:
The Manager of Compensation & Benefits, Policies (HR) develops performance management policies and compensation structures within budget constraints. Provides guidance to line managers on performance indicators and reviews, recommends compensation structures to the CHRO, and integrates Skills Frameworks into the performance management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce HR processes and systems
• Lead the implementation of strategic HR initiatives
• Conduct HR Analytics and develop recommendations
• Establish performance management policies and processes
• Communicate performance management programs effectively
• Administer compensation strategies and conduct salary studies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in HR
• 7 to 10 years of HR experience
