Job Description
- Handle and manage the full spectrum of HR functions
- Support departments in developing and delivering strategic plans that aligns with the overall business strategy
- Provide guidance to department heads in terms of employee disciplinary issues, resolving employee grievances
- Train department heads in how to coach and manage their team
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to promote interdepartmental collaboration
- Ensure payroll process is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and complies with MOM guidelines and/or Employment Act
- Provide management with timely and accurate reports in terms of manpower planning, compensation and benefits, employee welfare, etc.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or equivalent
- 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Fluent with Singapore's employment law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to think on your feet and problem-solve
- Strong analytical skills
- Depending on experience, candidates may be considered for an Assistant Manager role
Additional Information
- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:45am to 6pm; alternate Saturdays, 8:45am to 1pm (one WFH Saturday per month)
