Reporting to the HR Director, managing a team, the successful candidate will be tasked with the following:
- Develop and oversee the execution of L&D plan, roadmap & budget.
- Design, curate, and implement programmes and diverse learning solutions that drive capability building and the workforce for the future, including the effectiveness of L&D.
- Perform analysis such as learning needs analysis and identify metrics/KPIs to track programme impact, learning utilization and other talent and learning development outcomes.
- Develop methodologies and training evaluation to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Lead learning technological solutions and well-versed with emerging trends such as mobile learning, digital content platforms, AI-powered learning environments, learning gamification, automated assessments, and adaptive learning.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and long-term staffing needs.
- Advise on talent acquisition strategies to dept Heads
Develop reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment efforts. - Develop the purpose and objectives for the various engagement programmes and activities.
- Oversee employee engagement programmes and activities such as Management Training, Townhall sessions, Learning Week, Recreation Club, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource
- Proven experience in Human Resources management with a focus on Learning & Development,
Recruitment, and Employee Engagement - Proficient in MS Office, Learning Management Systems & Talent Management Framework.
