HR Manager (Logistics/Full Spectrum of HR)

Working Location: Changi South

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6.00pm 

Responsibilities:

• Understand the business landscape and execute a strategic HR plan that aligns with organizational objectives, fostering a culture of growth, innovation and excellence. 
• Lead the development/review, alignment and improvement of effective HR policies and procedures while complying with local & international employment laws and regulations. 
• As a strategic partner to business leaders to understand, develop and improve their manpower needs and HR operational efficiencies, leverage HR analytics & insights to drive decision-making and enhance employee experience. 
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and channels to attract top talent. 
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding/offloading. 
• Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs 
• Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
• Work closely with finance and accounting departments to manage payroll budgets and expenses. 
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources
• Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations in Singapore and other relevant jurisdictions. 
• Experience in the logistics field is preferred.
• Having the ability to handle human resource considerations for all levels of workforce within our organization.
• Possess a high level of curiosity, is self-starting, and is able to work independently. 
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills 
• A proven record of driving HR initiatives that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
