Roles and Responsibilities
• Administering and managing human resources plans for departments
• Manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, development to off-boarding.
• Planning and organizing the activities of the HR department
• Work closely with different department leaders to provide HR advice on manpower planning, employee retention and employee relations
• Conduct salary and compensation surveys and findings
• Spearheading personnel policies and procedures
• Administering benefits program
• Overseeing employee interviews
Requirements for Position
• Strong understanding of labor laws set by government authorities
• Excellent communication skills
Qualifications and Experience
• Education: Degree in HR Management or equivalent
• Experience: 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
