Job Summary:
Primary Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment & selection including shortlist, interview and offer
• Manage and hands-on Work Pass applications/renewals
• Preparation of letter of offers and other onboarding matters
• Processing of monthly & adhoc payroll and seeking approval from Management
• Administer company’s HR system
• Bonus proposal/approval and processing of bonus in HR system
• Oversee and update on company policies
• Monitor changes in statutory policies. Propose action plans for Management on
change of statutory policies
• Liaise with government bodies or relevant certification bodies on audit matters
• Liaise with external auditors to support audit exercises whenever required
• IR21 submission to IRAS
• Annual employees' income submission to IRAS (IR8A)
• Manage training requirements and admin for employees
• Submission and update on government bodies’ survey
• Executive assistant support to the Management
• Coordinate with IT team on IT requirements and issues
• Support company events and festive decorations
• Handle adhoc tasks/projects as assigned by Management
