Primary Responsibilities:
Handle applications for foreign workers, including submission and follow-up with relevant authorities
Prepare and maintain accurate worker records and HR files
Draft and translate HR documents and correspondence in English and Chinese
Assist with worker onboarding, accommodation arrangements, and welfare matters
Support management in ensuring compliance with manpower regulations
