Managed the required administration from onboarding to offboarding matters, such as preparation of access card, staff card, issuance of uniforms, and creation of email accounts etc.
Ensure smooth running of the HRIS system on a daily basis and attending to employees’ enquiries.
Responsible for the update of corporate organizational chart and preparation of Manpower report, staff movements, HR letters and forms as required.
Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date.
Provide HR operations and administrative support such as maintenance of telephone directory, stationery replenishment, verifying and processing of invoices, answering to medical related enquires and souring of air-tickets etc.
Process all work injury compensation cases.
Involve in general administration related matters such as office equipment, staff amenities, company transport, staff cafeteria, archiving etc.
Assist in the organization of Company events and activities.
Cover reception duties.
Requirements:
Min Certificate in HR/ Business Administration or IHRP-CA
At least 1 year in HR administrative experience
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS System (BIPO/Profsoft)
Proficient in various social media platform
Resourceful, energetic, meticulous with a strong sense of urgency and with a Can-Do attitude
Able to multi-task and proactive to function efficiently and effectively in a fast pace and volatile environment to meet tight deadlines
Team player with good interpersonal skills, bilingual in oral and written communication skills
Have a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
