Job Description - HR Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managed the required administration from onboarding to offboarding matters, such as preparation of access card, staff card, issuance of uniforms, and creation of email accounts etc.
  • Ensure smooth running of the HRIS system on a daily basis and attending to employees’ enquiries.
  • Responsible for the update of corporate organizational chart and preparation of Manpower report, staff movements, HR letters and forms as required.
  • Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date.
  • Provide HR operations and administrative support such as maintenance of telephone directory, stationery replenishment, verifying and processing of invoices, answering to medical related enquires and souring of air-tickets etc.
  • Process all work injury compensation cases.
  • Involve in general administration related matters such as office equipment, staff amenities, company transport, staff cafeteria, archiving etc.
  • Assist in the organization of Company events and activities.
  • Cover reception duties.

 

Requirements:

  • Min Certificate in HR/ Business Administration or IHRP-CA
  • At least 1 year in HR administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS System (BIPO/Profsoft)
  • Proficient in various social media platform
  • Resourceful, energetic, meticulous with a strong sense of urgency and with a Can-Do attitude
  • Able to multi-task and proactive to function efficiently and effectively in a fast pace and volatile environment to meet tight deadlines
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills, bilingual in oral and written communication skills
  • Have a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
