Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for a position of HR Officer (Training & Development) 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and administer training and development activities.
• Prepare monthly training reports.
• Involve in annual training plan and review.
• Administer training budgets and grants.
• Provide support in other human resource functions.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
• Min 1 year of working experience in HR functions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
