HR Operation (L&D) Bank Industry up to $3000 1 year Bukit Timah - Get Hired Fast

Location: Bukit Timah
Duration: 1 year contract 
Working hours: 9am - 6.30pm
Salary: up to $3000/month

Job scope 

• Manage room bookings for training
• Oversee day-to-day training facility operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of all activities in the campus
• Manage catering requirements for associated room bookings
• Manage overall campus resources (e.g. flip charts, stationery, refreshments, etc) to ensure adequate supply and provision in the rooms
• Respond to enquiries related to training programs and campus usage
• Handle adhoc external course matters such as sending survey forms to participants, process invoices and send to Finance for processing
• Manage the course creation 
• Complete the course registration for funded programmes
• Undertake adhoc projects or any other training operations related work that might be needed
• Update training attendances

Requirement 

• Min Diploma 
• Possess some administrative experience in Education or HR L&D field preferred
