Job Description - HR Operations Executive

Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of people, operations, and culture?

Our client is looking for a hands-on HR & People Operations Executive to be the trusted first point of contact for employees while driving seamless day-to-day HR operations, workplace support, and systems.

What You’ll Do

People Operations & Employee Experience

  1. Be the go-to HR partner for employee queries, support, and day-to-day people matters.
  2. Manage onboarding, offboarding, internal movements, and employment documentation across Singapore and European employees.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  4. Support performance review cycles, compensation processes, promotions, and role changes.
  5. Coordinate learning & development initiatives and onboarding programs.

Hiring & Workforce Operations

  1. Manage job postings and coordinate hiring activities with business stakeholders.
  2. Support interview scheduling, offers, onboarding logistics, and EOR coordination.
  3. Track hiring pipelines, headcount, and workforce changes across regions.

Payroll, Benefits & Compliance

  1. Coordinate monthly payroll (Singapore and international via vendors).
  2. Handle CPF, IRAS, MOM requirements and support work pass applications.
  3. Manage benefits administration, insurance, and vendor relationships.
  4. Ensure compliance with Employment Act, PDPA, WSH, ISO27001, and internal policies.

HR Systems, Data & Insights

  1. Maintain HRIS and internal HR portal (org structures, JDs, policies).
  2. Support audits and internal reviews
  3. Leverage data and AI tools to identify people trends, risks, and opportunities.

Office & Workplace Operations

  1. Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and vendor management.
  2. Ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Strong foundation in HR operations and employee lifecycle management
  2. Experience with payroll coordination and compliance in Singapore
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience.
  4. Comfortable working with global teams and European setups
  5. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  6. Confident communicator who can collaborate and also push back when needed
  7. Interest in leveraging AI tools and data to improve HR processes
  8. Thrives in a startup environment — adaptable, hands-on, and solution-driven.
