HR Operations Executive

Our Client:

• Engineering Industry (Government Sector)
• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm 
• Paya Lebar
• Basic UP $4000 + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day administrative matters in HR Department 
• Liaise with various departments on maintenance of company's property 
• Handle all invoices, purchase orders, onboarding and offboarding matters for new hires and resignees and work pass matters 
• Assist payroll team with monthly timesheet

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma Human Resource Management / Business or related studies
• Min. 2 years of experience of Operations Administrative Experience in Human Resource Department 
• Possess knowledge in vLookup, Powerpoint and Pivot Table
